TOFIX - Free Listing Preparation Checklist (Agents)

Use this checklist before listing to help your property look its best for photos, showings, and open houses.

1) Quick walk-through (photo readiness)
- Note visible damage (holes, cracks, chips, scuffs)
- Identify areas needing paint refresh or touch-ups
- Check doors, handles, fixtures, and hardware alignment

2) Walls & surfaces
- Patch and repair drywall imperfections
- Address scuffs and worn trim
- Touch up paint where needed (smudges, scuffs, marks)

3) Floors & finishing details
- Fix loose or damaged flooring sections
- Replace worn caulk / seal where appropriate
- Clean and freshen high-traffic areas (entryways, kitchens, bathrooms)

4) Handyman punch-list items
- Tighten/adjust loose hardware
- Replace worn fasteners or minor components
- Confirm everything functions correctly (fans, lights, faucets)

5) Maintenance & curb appeal
- Quick refresh for exterior touch-ups (where applicable)
- Clean entry surfaces and remove visual clutter
